“From first contact to job completed, Nubrakes was great. They gave me an estimate on my job immediately via text, helped me schedule a time that worked for me, and when the technician arrived he didn’t try to upsell me on other “necessary” needs for my vehicle. My technician was Joseph and he was friendly, thorough in checking both front and rear brakes for wear, and replaced the rear brake pads in about 30 mins. Overall experience was fantastic. Streamlined, easy, zero headache. Would definitely use them again.”

“This is one of the most impressive businesses I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Diana in the office is knowledgeable and very personable. They try to provide same or next day appointments and the tech actually showed up at exactly the promised time - can't remember when that has happened with other services.
I have a 45' diesel RV and most techs just change parts and cross their fingers. Aaron knew exactly what to do and had it working properly in no time - actually better than new. This guy knows AC and did in one hour what most shops would take two days to do and he did it for a fraction of the cost.
If I sound impressed, it is because I am. They also can do or arrange for some chassis work. He also said he can work on some sealed RV roof air conditioners, depending on model. I don't know of anyone else who will work on them.
This is a first class operation that sets the standard for all other mobile services.”

From the front desk to the technician, to the work on my vehicle, they exuded quality, efficiency and professionalism while being personable at the same time. The communication was second-to-none in keeping me updated about the progress and ETA of completion. I keep my vehicles in great shape, but had an unfortunate run-in with a deer. The work they did on my Jeep Wrangler, coordinating with my insurance, was high quality. I wish I could remember the name of the technician tasked to communicate with me, but unfortunately I don't. I want to give him and Tammy credit for being so kind but yet credible in my experience with their company. Would def bring any other vehicles here again, though I hope I don't need to. I’ve had to change mechanics frequently typically because many seemed to care about doing work to pad THEIR bottom line at MY expense whether the work was needed or not.
My sister found Santa Ana to get a second opinion after a dealer insisted Sequoia needed almost $10k worth a work.
Santa Ana pointed out things that were NOT needed, showed her why, fixed her up and we’ve been referring them and using them ever since.
Never a 2nd thought, when they give an opinion I know it will be fair, trustworthy, and affordable.
