“After my ISP sent their contract tech to my new home, he couldn’t relocate my router/modem from my living room to my office. I contacted several companies who specialized in network cabling but a residential job was too small or too far for them. 4 Square Communications took my call and the very next day David responded, analyzed my problem and relocated my equipment. “The process worked just as discussed and the three month delay has been worth it. Togmday is day one on Fibre and it's amazing. I'll be sending the Viasat dish back next week. LOLI wanted the 1GB plan but they are still working out the bugs in my area. So I chose to downgrade to the 500Mbps plan. The only thing I don't like with this plan is the cost. But I wasn't willing to pay the extra money and not get the intended speeds. So I'll wait until they workout the bugs.Anyway, the techs were all phenomenal! I'm satisfied with their professionalism, knowledge, and the service. Thank you Team GVEC!”
