“I came to town and country to get a rear bumper repaired after a rear end at a stop light. I've never used them before but, I've always heard great things and wanted to see for myself. They did not disappoint at all I was very impressed. After I took a closer look I couldn't tell it looked brand new. They even added a few extra touches to the bumper itself from previous imperfections. Not only is the work great but a very friendly and fun customer service energy you get from them. “Brought a newer truck which had been hit on the front bumper, destroying mostly the bumper. This was not an incident that I used insurance for due to it not being major. The owners were very fair in working a deal to fix this, followed by excellent scheduling and had it done within the same week. They ordered the bumper and components needed, got those within a few days, I took my truck on a morning and had it back the next day (would have been same day but there was an extra part that was needed and only came to light after disassembly). Had a great experience as most body shops won't give you any of their time unless you use insurance. Very professional and accommodating. Highly recommend.”
