Before Luis even got started he told me exactly what he would be doing before getting to work which gave me peace of mind. “On my way to a Church Anniversary in San Antonio, I got a flat tire and had to pull over. I parked at the TA in New Braunfels to put on the spare tire. It was very hot and I admittedly am not very good with cars. One of your employees, Farmer, saw us and came over to change my tire with the spare quick fast and in a hurry. We offered to pay him but he said that he just wanted to help. It is great to know there are still people in this world willing to go above and beyond to help their fellow neighbors. “I would like to comment on Google Reviews for violation of privacy and posting my picture associated with q negative review. A review that was not forthcoming of the facts I might add. As employees we are to look out for both our company and our customersm Especially when it comes to health code violations. When a customer brings in a cart of dirty dishes and proceeds to use the employee hand washing sink for over 30 minutes it is with reason I would turn the water off. In that 30 ÷ minutes the woman was asked 3 times by myself, another employee and our manager to stop washing her dishes (alot of dishes) in that sink. She kept just shaking her head yes and continuing to proceed with more dishes. When I approached her the 4th time she said she didn't understand English (although she spoke to me several times in english) I reached over and said I'm sorry but you have to stop, this isn't a public sink. I turned the water off and she threw a fit and started me around the store taking pictures. II am thankfull for "Google reviews" and rely on them frequently for my own personal .choices. However , before posting a picture for an finate number of people to see, it would very nice and not quite, so intrusive to have the correct facts for the story.Respectfully”
