“My senior dog recently passed in her sleep/naturally. She was a 15+ year rescue old with severe heart complications and had been on medication/borrowed time for two years. I knew the day would come but it was still extremely difficult for me. That morning I called VCA and they were very gentle with me over the phone. I brought her in and again they were so considerate. When I went back to pick up her paw print, they had each signed a sympathy card and the receptionist gave her condolences. I'm so thankful for the way they handled me/us. Thank you VCA.”
