“I had taken my car to 2 OTHER repair shops first, that said they fixed it but did not. The check engine light would come back on a couple days after getting my car back. And they both charged me quite a bit more than expected for nothing to get fixed. that was when I heard about Mike's. That he was very reliable, and is priced fair. When I took my car to Mike's he exceeded my expectations. Mike not only fixed my car the first time he worked on it but he also had it done in two days, and there were a few other cars there before mine. And he did NOT charge me an arm and a leg either. “My name is Andrew from Kats Barbecue.. today Sunday this shop saved our day ! Really saved our day . My grandkids are here from Japan and we decided to have lunch at Ivette’s Italian restaurant in leaguecity . When pulled in to the parking lot my truck blew a tire and as went went into the restaurant I was checking for the Jack to change my tire and realized I was missing something to get the job done . My wife said now what and I said I got it !!! So I called Bubba and him and his wife came and got us back on track for the rest of the day . This is customer service at its best his day off and traveling across town to help out a customer. We can’t say enough about this business. My wife and I watched them two start from scratch just like us at the bbq restaurant . That’s why we recommend Bubbas on 32 st in Santa Fe . “Outstanding customer service!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a leaking air bag on the rear of our motorhome. We had heard replacement of these are recommended between 7 and 10 years and ours was 8 years old. Once replaced we asked them to evaluate the front airbags as we did not wanna be left stranded if they go out it isn’t drivable. Due to the current supply change shortage, the front airbags we’re not available at the manufacturer. Tommy went above and beyond to locate a replacement set of front airbags at a out of state freightliner repair shop. He made a deal with the other shop to have them purchased and shipped to us prior to our departure on an out-of-state trip. Can’t say enough how wonderful it is to have a trustworthy RV repair shop in Santa Fe. Especially when it’s owned and operated by a local family who supports our community!!!
