“I placed an online order for curbside pickup. Almost immediately after submitting my order, I got the “your items are ready” email. I waited until the next morning to head that way. When I got there, there was a sign on the door saying the computers were down and the store was closed due to it. I was bummed… I started to leave and just drive back to San Marcos another day but decided to call the store to ask if fully paid curbside orders were affected by the computer being down. She told me I could pick it up now! She unlocked the door and allowed me in to complete the pick up process. I’m so happy I decided to call to make sure. 5 stars for how fast they fulfilled my order after placing it and for the manager knowing how to navigate through a computer failure and allowing me to pickup my curbside order.”

“Went in today looking for some concert outfits for my sister and I. We found the most beautiful outfits! The employee who helped us (I believe their name was Atticus, don't quote me on this I tried to glance at their name tag, and think I read that. lol) was extremely helpful and friendly. Got anything down we needed if it was out of reach...and even went above and beyond to go grab me a different size in the dress I was trying on when it was too big.”

Got my first custom skateboard here and got help from the worker who put it together for me! So kind and friendly couldn’t be more grateful for the help since I didn’t have any tools myself to put it together. helped me from start to finish and walked out with the best skateboard ever!!!!!!”

“Oh my gosh, I placed my first mail order with Talbots around Christmas to have nice clothes for a trip to England. I ordered petites and I guess I’m not petite. I ordered so many clothes that trying to return them back by mail was overwhelming. The girls at the outlet mail were very accommodating. After a call, they said to bring it all into them and they would take care of it. They took care of it all while I shopped for the right sizes. Go team Talbot. Great customer service. “This store is definitely a vibe. It has more variety of leather goods, and the customer service is excellent. I went in to see if I could find a matching wallet for a purse I bought in round rock, and instead I purchased another purse in a different color. They had wallets, but I wanted a soft leather wallet and not the stiff kind. If I remember to take a photo of my new bag, you will see it here posted. I’ll definitely come back shopping here. They did ask me if anyone helped me, and no, nobody did. The one thing I would suggest to the business, is not to put all the bags out on the floor. Just put out a sample bag, and when the customer brings the sample to the counter, bring out the stock from the back. I did notice a few bags had little scratches and shape issues. That’s because of ppl man handling the goods. This is the reason why I didn’t give this a perfect five star score.”

“We stopped by here while visiting Texas and saw some of the best outlet stores in one location that we've seen anywhere. We're definitely that family that goes to the outlets everywhere we visit. This had so many stores in one location, as well as the higher end stores, which was definitely exciting to see. We walked and walked and walked and there was always more stores to see and shop. You have to be careful here, there's so much to see and so much to buy. In addition, they had hot dog carts set up throughout the place as well as a couple food trucks since it is so busy. There are a ton of people there so expect traffic jams.”

I do not live in Texas I live in Florida and I called the store where I spoke with Leah to order a pair of shoes that they only had in stock. She went above and beyond to help me since they only had one pair left. She even went to the extent of helping me find someone with the same size to see if they fit true to size since this was the only one they had left. I have never had anyone put so much effort into helping a customer especially one over the phone in another state.”
