“This may have been the closest to a private shopping event I've ever experience. Kayla (her card is at home if I didn't remember the name correctly, but the manager) helped us initially, but over time almost every employee checked in and helped. They checked in the back for sizes not displayed several times, and made sure my wife got everything she wanted, and probably some things she didn't know she wanted. They were also running a promo, so we wound up saving 35%, making their good deals absolutely great deals. My wife said she "felt like a million bucks" as she wore her new shoes and one of those heavily patterned Medusa shirts, but I doubt the two items wound up being of $900 combined!”

“I placed an online order for curbside pickup. Almost immediately after submitting my order, I got the “your items are ready” email. I waited until the next morning to head that way. When I got there, there was a sign on the door saying the computers were down and the store was closed due to it. I was bummed… I started to leave and just drive back to San Marcos another day but decided to call the store to ask if fully paid curbside orders were affected by the computer being down. She told me I could pick it up now! She unlocked the door and allowed me in to complete the pick up process. I’m so happy I decided to call to make sure. 5 stars for how fast they fulfilled my order after placing it and for the manager knowing how to navigate through a computer failure and allowing me to pickup my curbside order.”

The employee who helped us (I believe their name was Atticus, don't quote me on this I tried to glance at their name tag, and think I read that. lol) was extremely helpful and friendly. Got anything down we needed if it was out of reach...and even went above and beyond to go grab me a different size in the dress I was trying on when it was too big.”

“Clean and well organized, but I was a little disappointed with the deals for this outlet. Best deal I saw was 30% off many athletic items, which was better than full price but not extraordinary. Old Navy always has pretty good athletic wear for the price anyway though. I bought some shorts for my husband which fit him well! The overall store was clean and the waiting rooms moved fast. If you’re not looking for crazy deals but just slightly discounted Old Navy items, it’s worth a visit.”

“We stopped by here while visiting Texas and saw some of the best outlet stores in one location that we've seen anywhere. We're definitely that family that goes to the outlets everywhere we visit. This had so many stores in one location, as well as the higher end stores, which was definitely exciting to see. We walked and walked and walked and there was always more stores to see and shop. You have to be careful here, there's so much to see and so much to buy. In addition, they had hot dog carts set up throughout the place as well as a couple food trucks since it is so busy. There are a ton of people there so expect traffic jams.”
