Both of our doodles came home smiling and happy from their day at the spa :-) They do high quality work with attention to detail, and listen to what you would like. Our pup was pretty matted due to us waiting on our regular groomer who cancelled and then couldn’t get us in for some time, but they did a fantastic job with him regardless. I am so glad we found this place!

I went in to get a lump on my dog checked and I was told that I accidentally made the appointment for the next week but they were able to do a quick examination of the lump! Took one minute. My dog wasn’t even established as a patient and they still did this. Such a wonderful place. Safe to say I will be going back ❤️

My dog Rifle and his little brother received excellent care here, and I felt completely at ease with the treatment they received. Dr. Sydney Medina is highly skilled and professional, answering all of our questions with expertise. Rifle is usually anxious at the vet, but he was noticeably calmer during this visit. We've been to several different places in the area, and this one is by far the best!

177 Coachman Dr, San MarcosThe staff here are always friendly and it’s obvious they love playing wit( the animals. My dog Misty had come here multiple times and absolutely loves it. The pool I think is her fav even if it’s just to chill in the shallows. As a hunting dog puppy, having the room to run and socialize has been very beneficial to her training. I just wish I could take this place with me as I’m moving away. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

It brings me ease knowing he’s being cared for. When Mylo had a concerning symptom, the owner, Liz, notified me right away and monitored him. I’ve been very careful with Mylo since I adopted him and Boozy has really helped ease my mind.

My original Reason for choosing Kaliber was because Victor was clearly able to outline the objectives of training, and ensure that he was going to complete the job. Victor was amazing keeping in touch with me weekly sending me videos updates. We had a plan for a six week training. My dog was needing a little extra time and for no extra charge, he stayed 2 more weeks making sure that the training was complete! In the end, my dog is transformed. The obedience is able to be repeated at home! Highly effective!!

310 Mary St, San MarcosI wanted to love Jo’s Cafe but it definitely didn’t live up to the hype. This is not a young family friendly establishment. They have ONE high chair and ONE booster seat for the entire establishment so we were lucky to be the only family at the time. They also do not have a changing table in the bathroom.
When it comes to the food everything was over cooked and over priced imo. I regret not taking photos to show. The sweet potato fries flavor was good on the ones that weren’t charred. The pancakes were decent but nothing spectacular. We ordered over medium eggs and scrambled eggs and both were cooked well done. The coffee however was great. So that really carried me through the experience.
This is an order at the counter and bus your own table establishment, which I have no issue with. However with the turn over of people they definitely should be whipping tables and emptying their dish bin more frequently.
The atmosphere its self is great. They have a cute outdoor area and a good inside area. Like I said I wanted to love it but it’s just not going to be a regular spot in our rotation unfortunately. On a day I don’t have my family, I’ll definitely consider popping in for a coffee.
I’m still giving them a 4 start because of coffee and atmosphere alone. They are also great for anyone that’s not a family with young kids. Even though this isn’t going to my spot, I recommend popping in for a coffee.

This time I had the vegetable lasagna, will definitely order this again. Their waffle are the best, most of the times I'll have them for breakfast, but I've even had the for dessert.

Atmosphere is awesome, Feels like the old spiderhouse in Austin if you're from the area.
