“Gary was great! He was thorough in identifying each ding and dent on the car. He explained in detail the work and process that they do to remove and fix it. He said 90% was what was to be expected but they exceeded my expectations and it looked like the original condition. It looked 100% dent/ding free! Customer service was Awesome! I almost feel bad that they had to go back and battle the insurance company to make sure they covered what was rightfully covered, but the end result was getting back my beautiful black Benz shining and looking as good as the day before my accident. “Recently my check engine light came on and my car started having a serious drop in power/acceleration. Like an idiot I had been getting my car serviced only at the dealership since I got it. What a waste of money. I have over 100,000 miles on it now. The dealership and most other shops said it would be at least 4 days before they could even look at it and their prices were ridiculous. Based on the reviews I called All Makes and they could get me right in. They diagnosed it as a bad knock sensor, had it fixed within a day and a half and for $267! Car is running great again. Customer service was great, even warranty their work. They've definitely earned a new customer!”
