    ONE teller 15 individuals in line plus me. Why is that I have to wait, my saving plus many others is what provides employment. Why do we only have 1 teller ?

    Bad service. I was trying to open an account. No sign in sheet and no one came up to me when I was waiting at the lobby. After a while I just walked out. This was after several people had walked out alreadyand a lady was refused to be attended without an appointment to open an account.

    Saturday of Labor Day weekend was crazy. Tons of people in line, however, the bank was fully staffed with tellers and they had a banker greeting each customer and helping where he could. Excellent job managing a busy day!
