“I've banked at this credit union through several name changes from USAA credit to United SA to now United Texas, my only gripe was I've financed various vehicles with payments auto deducted. Once I was turned down. I have no idea how a person with a 100% payment history and has never had a late payment in his life can possibly be turned down on a lesser loan. They did approve the last vehicle I purchased at an incredible rate. So I will be coming to them in 3 years to refinance my 2023 F150. Other than that this company has been great. The working staff at the UTSA BLVD office are outstanding and they all greet me even when I come in the bank looking like a homeless person lol. Thank you and I look forward to many more years with this bank and more name changes lol.”
