Very fast service. Was expecting to be there longer but they took care of me quick and was very pleased with the service that was provided

My wife's 2018 Explorer was having major electrical issues. Our Service Advisor, Brian, was very professional and courteous and worked directly w/ our extended warranty provider making it very easy on us. The service department here is excellent. I had 3 issues handled by advisor Rene Contreras. He helped me out like I was a personal friend and called me every time there was an update.
