Guy couldn't help me find out if their franchise Had some items, directing me to another store rather than help me out.

Don't waste your time here: they have a loan cap of $1700 and will not give you more on pawned items regardless of value, I've found this out at both Cash America Pawns I've been to. Additionally, the staff are impolite and inattentive every time I've visited.
