When you pick up your fire arms they are more than willing to help you navigate functionality. Their office is a bit different than most will be used to but I promise you they care about their customer. Additionally I had purchased some mags from them that ended up having a factory defect and they are working on the RMA for me, no oh contact the manufacturer or anything like that. 110 percent customer service!”

Also I decided to bring by an old 1911 in I was having trouble with, they have an expert who able to get my pistol back to me even quicker. “I had a good experience here. Came on a Tuesday with my teen son to use the indoor handgun range. When I first walked in the female behind the counter pointed me in the right direction. The young men behind the counter were helpful and polite. We were quoted a 45 min wait time for a free bay. Turned out to be a 25 in wait. Not an issue for me as this was my first visit and it gave me time to look around. The range master was also helpful and polite. He would sweep away spent casings without being intrusive. The check out process was super easy. I would come back for sure.”

“This place needs to be on people's radar. I shoot "wrong-handed" and needed a Lower to accommodate my "deficiency." Brandon was able to hook me up with a Lower complete ambidextrous controls (mag release, bolt release, and fire select). Their quality is awesome along with their customer service. I stumbled on to this place and gave it a try. I'm glad I did. My Lower cost a fraction of Daniel Defense's and Knight's Armament's ambi-lower (the only ambis I could find with complete lefty controls). They build in-house, so my savings went into my Upper and red dot. Sick deal all around. Anything you need AR related, go see these guys. Trust.”

“Didn't realize the Hot Wells location had re-opened, but visited the NE Loop 410 during Christmas and it is a great little shop. Nice selection overall and I think a younger fella named RJ or JR not sure sold me a Ruger Security Six .357 for a great price. The fact he worked with me on price was awesome. Rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. Keep in mind this was literally the Saturday before Christmas even and they were pretty busy. I'll definitely be going back. My firearms taste is more on the FUDDY side these days, so for Wheel Guns they have an exceptional sampling.”

“Had ordered a stripped SOLGW upper receiver from primary arms, there was a small metal burr on the inside of the upper channel where the charging handle goes and kept it from seating . I noticed it once I received the part and took it over to their local location in San Antonio and they were fantastic and swapped it out immediately no questions asked. “I mean I've never been to their brick and mortar store, however I am familiar with them online and have placed several orders with them which have ALL BEEN GREAT! Everything arrived on time, in perfect condition and no problems whatsoever! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for the items which they offer because they are certainly the upper echelon of aftermarket and custom goods!! Just make sure if you come across something you like that is sold out absolutely sign up to be notified when it's back in stock otherwise otherwise it's impossible to get your hands on some of their stuff it's highly regarded and sought after! The QC on my Stiletto Mk.2 trigger shoe was impeccable and after 6months the shoe still has all of dlc finish and safety still completely gold! The kicker is, it's better than most others costing up to and over $150 except it only cost $99!!! So ya it's going on ALL my pieces as soon as I can get them!”

“I go through SA every few months, and my only stop is Bass Pro. If there isn't a national shortage on an item, they have it in stock. Each time I find what I need plus I usually leave with 1 or 2 things I didn't know I needed :) When I ask associates a product question, they are always knowledgeable but have gotten someone to come help me because they might be essentially experts in the area. Also, I frequently will ask where an item is because both the store and on-hand inventory are so large. Each time, their smile and kindness stand out. The customer service is A+++!”
