Horrible customer service , They only like to sell and will never help you if you have some issues with the phone and most of the time the store is locked or closed.

Not a safe place or neighborhood store to go to. They always have homeless people hanging around the store.

The salesperson names AD was super awesome .Went out of his way to help me....Also made sure I knew all my options before making any choices. Thanks to him I believe I'll be with metro for a very long and trouble free time.

I used to be extremely satisfied and only went to this location but I think I was overcharged by the store manager. He said the free phone, along with the case and screen protector & other fees would be $140 n I wanted to add a line with my old phone & was on a budget. It came out to 235 n I've added lines before for $20 to $50 & left with new phones so how does connection cost almost $100? I kept asking for an explanation & he tried to mumble & act like we were lost in translation over and over! I didn't want a case but he said it was included. Also, he notified me when I was leaving that I should buy a charger and it didn't come with one!

I was unable to use my phone for the whole day!. I couldn't even call customer support. No one was here, so I couldn't go to the shop to find out what was going on. Today, it's back on as if nothing happened. That's not good. Good thing I have an extra phone.

I would go elsewhere they will take advantage of you I should have asked for a better breakdown but didn't no metros fault just the employee who wanted to make a quick buck and no returns ever despite Metros promise

Wow... Just wow...Vic was AMAZ-BALLZ!I had an issue with my previous provider releasing our account info so we could switch to MetroPC...Vic went above and beyond!!! After 2 hours of dealing with my previous provider Vic NEVER GAVE UP! He took the reins and began handling the whole ordeal...Man! What a way to show customer service!!!!- Determination- Friendly and polite service!- I felt HE was there for ME!Because of how well we were treated... (Like family... Not just another customer)We will be switching all our families cell service over through THIS location!!!Thanks Vic!!! You're Awesome!!!!

Excellent service. I had a very complicated issue and the lady working Fri.&Sat. was phenomenally helpful. She was patient and determined and when I need help again this is the Metro PCS store and time that I will return to.
