I was unable to use my phone for the whole day!. I couldn't even call customer support. No one was here, so I couldn't go to the shop to find out what was going on. Today, it's back on as if nothing happened. That's not good. Good thing I have an extra phone.

I would go elsewhere they will take advantage of you I should have asked for a better breakdown but didn't no metros fault just the employee who wanted to make a quick buck and no returns ever despite Metros promise

Excellent service. I had a very complicated issue and the lady working Fri.&Sat. was phenomenally helpful. She was patient and determined and when I need help again this is the Metro PCS store and time that I will return to.
