“First time patient at the Potranco location. I have nothing but good things to say. I am a big believer on respect, cleanness, and time. As soon as we walked in the receptionist greeted us, the facility was very clean and roomy, my daughter loved all the drawings all over the walls. We waited less than 5 minutes before Nurse Raquel called us back. She was extremely polite, welcoming, and quick! She did not waste our time at all. She was quick with triage and asking me questions and asking about my concerns. She made my daughter feel very comfortable. As quick as she was she NEVER made me feel rushed or like we were just another patient on the schedule. Dr.McNeil probably came in 5 minutes after Nurse Raquel was done. She was extremely nice and seemed very understanding of my concerns. She never pushed anything on me. She seemed very knowledgeable. We were there less than 45 minutes. When leaving the receptionist told us bye. I highly recommend this office along with nurse Raquel and Dr.McNeil.”
“Great experience. I was in and out and the lady was so nice. I had gotten a test kit from a provider and the vials were expired and she found vials with the same additive for me to use so I didn’t have to get it reordered”
“I emailed the office from their web site to schedule an appointment for today. Within 10 minutes they called and explained the process! I went up there this afternoon and was met by another friendly staff member. The office was extremely clean, staff organized and efficient and professional. “I came here to get lab tests done, Irma helped me out and she was wonderful. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I had to get several tests done and she was able to find a panel that worked for my needs and turned out to be much cheaper than I was anticipating. I have very small veins that are hard to get to and she explained that they were out of butterfly needles but that she could try with the regular one and was able to get the blood needed for the tests. I had absolutely 0 bruising which is very rare for me so her skills are truly exceptional. I got my lab results the next day. Overall awesome experience and I would recommend not only this location, but Irma to anyone!”

“I'm so bummed that I didn't think to ask the phlebotomists name when I was there. It was today, 10/16 around 1:30, hopefully that helps CPL narrow it down if they happen to read their reviews. I'm not the easiest patient when it comes to finding a vein for blood draws unfortunately, most can't find one at all. The lady today was awesome and took her no time to find one, she was very careful with her poke to where I couldn't even feel it go in. Very nice and professional and wanted to give her the biggest shout out! It was very clean in the lobby and in the back where labs are done as well. Great location and highly recommended the phlebotomists working here!”

“I had a very good experience. I had made an appointment about 2 weeks prior and was very surprised this location had a Saturday opening which is what I needed and booked. Wait was not long with an appt and once I got called back, I was in & out. Was told that they would send results to my primary care by the following Monday or Tuesday. Overall very impressed with this location and staff was very friendly.”

“I thank the Lord for this location, they were my last resort, due to 3 locations I went to in one day and they were all shut down permanently.E Houston, E Southcross, and Somerset Rd are all closed down. I went to these locations, and nada.Just go to Barlite Blvd.I pray that this blesses someone. The hassle was exhausting. God Almighty always has a plan though.”

“I have to go there once a month and Jonathan is always running the show alone but I must say that for him to be doing everything by himself he is extremely efficient,very nice and mannerly and all around he doesn’t make it a bad experience and the place is clean! So shout out to Jonathan for taking his job so serious.”
