They helped my child through a blood draw when he was crying and scared. They were gentle and kind. They got it right the first time and made our experience as painless as possible.The room was hard to find in the building, but there wasn't any wait when we arrived.

I've been here twice, a year apart. I believe the two ladies working this morning at 7:30 were the same two that helped me last time too. They are so kindhearted and pleasant, and you remember how people make you feel. I wish I had their names.
