3 days attempting to deposit money on ATM.still not accepting money the ATM .went inside the bank ,4 employees but only one attending the line

Good kind staff always greeted with a smile. They are short on staff at times but I don’t mind since I plan ahead. In all great bank could probably just hire a few more people to handle heavy business days and upgrade the security on their debit cards.

Bad experience with PNC Bank. Talked to supervisor Amir about starting new account. Great customer service and answered my questions
