Question for Yelp. Why is my review not posted?? I wrote a review on 10/03/2021 regarding the EXCELLENT work done by Helotes Discount Carpet. I wrote: Highly recommend Helotes Discount Carpets. I got new floors installed throughout the entire house and they did an excellent job.

I have used them 3 times first time delivery truck broke down and was not notified until I drove all the way there.2 time waited waited waited. 3 time the sales person did not order my floor and it was paid for.i will not use them again
