Friendly, helpful service. I was greeted at my car and got help carrying my 3 bags inside.

I would have given 5 starts but the guy that was there to help unload was not nice. I explained I was donating 2 sets of dishes and glass wear but he just threw them in the bin and I heard some break it broke my heart.
