“Ivas boutique was absolutely adorable and delightful. The workers there were sweet and helpful. Beautiful selection of baby clothing as well as handmade Jewelry. I bought some earrings and a darling piggy doll.The store was beautiful and appealing to the eye! I also love the sense of community the small businesses have with each other, you can really care about each other.Each shop recommended each other and I couldn't help but stop at each place and it was wonderful. Cute date idea, if you have a free morning or afternoon. The alley on bitters is a wonderful stop. Food, wine, shopping all in one place. They have plenty of outdoor patio areas to sit and talk.”

“Love shopping here for my athletic apparel! Their staff is super helpful. Leggings from this a brand are so snug and but the problem being different styles vary in the sizes greatly. And the material is tailored for workouts and is breathable. However, I'd appreciate if they introduce cotton leggings! Can't beat that comfort offered by cotton! Their tops are cute and there is something for everyone! I'm a repeat customer :)”

I got an email reply early the next morning. Needless to say I was impressed with the quick response. I explained my issue and sent pictures in my email correspondence with customer service (Rich). Rich was prompt in replying to me as well as was dead set on making it right. He shipped me a replacement backpack that same day.
