This particular branch's staff is seasoned with rude employees and a branch manager who lets his employees be disrespectful

It's only because of the lines. I would have given them 5 stars before but the last 2 times I had to go I ended up waiting an hour the first time and 40 minutes the next time to get to the teller.

Very Friendly and very clean environment. Evelyn has help me here various times and has gone above and beyond. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and pet friendly
