A year later and this insurance company refuses to help with our accident.Their phone system has a fake “please hold” message that’ll keep you waiting until closing time. This has happened 3 days already.Our adjuster for our claim also refuses to respond to any emails.

Falcon insurance sends claims to main branch up in Oak Brook, IL 60522 and denies claims that they are responsible for and now my car is being held by their approved mechanic. I'm so confused.
