  They gave me an appointment and kept me waiting for more than half an hour, then a man named Edgar Martínez came with a very bad manner to tell me that there was no one to assist me after waiting so long and having an appointment for 9 am, very bad communication and poor disposition. to help customers

  Very upset with this bank for not letting me open an account for Cubans residing in the United States, they say they will not have an account

  worst place ever! didn’t let me cash out a check with a temporary license wish i could give them zero stars. wasn’t helpful at all
