Staff was on his personal phone during service, I assume I interrupted him during work hours . Customers service is horrible not willing to assist just get you out of the door ! I’ve never experienced this at any other banks. I recently opened this account and employee /services aren’t helpful at all.

Doesn’t allow you to take out money at the atm. I’ve been a member with bbva for 5 years now looking forward to getting a new bank thanks pnc.

Zero stars. They just make up rules to make up rules. They claimed they couldn’t help me with something. So I went to a different PNC bank and they helped me with no problem. Losers.
