“I had a tire blow out on the I35 access road north of Salado. I called this company and asked if they could help a stranded old lady. Chris arrived quickly, got the tire changed, and, after asking him to order a new tire for me, I was on my way. Chris was exceptionally friendly and prompt in taking care of me despite the almost 100 degree temp outside. I had never used this company before, but I will give them a 5 star rating, verbal goodwill to all of my friends, and they have gained a customer for life.”

She not only proved to be a phenomenal mechanic but literally made a miracle happen due to her well connected resources from other shops and dealers.I was passing through when I had what I thought was just one coolant line that blew which you can only get from Freightliner and she was able to get same day as well as replace on the side of the road during an excessive heat advisory with no complaints and in record time. Furthermore, because of her knowledge on this part she got the other hose just in case which also turned out had a leak and was going out next so was able to prevent me breaking down a second time and saving me from having to get towed what would've been TWO times.On top of going above and beyond to repair the truck she was also extremely transparent, communicative, and gave me extremely fair pricing when she could've easily taken advantage of me but didn't.
