“Adam (manager) and Bryce have been stellar to work with. When my husband I and decided to switch to T-Mobile, we tried to do it over the phone first. BIG Mistake! Because of this, it has been a nightmare trying to switch over. Customer service over the phone SUCKS! However, Bryce and Adam have bent over backwards to help my husband and I, give us the best deal and honor as much as they could with what customer service told us. I highly recommend going into THIS store and asking for Adam or Bryce. They both were so patient and kind to us.”

“I live way closer to the Haslet Walmart but often that location is out of the stuff I want and super busy. Saginaw location, however, had all the things I needed, with the exception of kid's 13 size water shoes-but I know they might not be in season yet. I was able to walk inside, find everything with ease and checkout with no issues. The parking lot had plenty of spaces closer to the entrance and everyone was pleasant. By that I mean, I didn't notice anyone in a hurry trying to rush to parking spots and driving too close to pedestrians (like Haslet). I was able to mosey without feeling rushed! I don't mind the drive if it means I will find products and not be stressed out! Great experience.”
