They have good deals on used tires and even better deals on new tires. If you want new, he will have to order but that means he can get them same day usually. I would pick this place 10 times over before I ever went to discount tire or NTB”

“Left my PT appointment in Rowlett and saw I had a low tire indicator. Called my husband to tell him and be suggested stopping at the first gas station and putting air in it. We live in forney so it wasn’t like he could just run over here and help me. The first thing I saw before a gas station was this Jordan’s tire. I asked if I could get their help putting air in. They were so kind and helpful. As I walked to my car and checked the tire I saw a screw so I went back in and said I need more than just air because I see a screw. Bingo! That’s the problem. They patched it for me at a very reasonable price. There place of business was immaculate and I sat in an air conditioned waiting area while they did the work. All of the young men that helped me were polite and helpful!! I always pray for God to order my steps and I thank Him for providing this place for me to stop and get my tire fixed!”

“I walked in no one is up front to greet me. Eventually someone comes up and she is lowkey pretty snarky. Me parents didn't want me to go to them in the first place so when she tried to schemed me for something else I said no thank you I'm going somewhere else. She just kept pressing me about why. Like I'm just doing what my parents told me. She also wouldn't give a man any kind of time stamp of how long he could possibly be there. Everyone can have an estimate I work in business and grown up all around it. So just though that was crazy to not give the man a time estimate even though it could be longer. We ask for a reason. It was just not the best conversation from her. Other than that the service was pretty quick even though they were short staffed.”
