“We had the best experience here today. Had a tire that went dangerously flat so rolled in despite this not being my usual Discount Tire. I had my son with me because it was an unexpected stop and Jose and the rest of the crew worked so hard to accommodate us while waiting. They worked quickly and had us in and out in 40 minutes faster than they predicted (amazing considering there were 12-15 other customers there as well). They honored the warranty on my tire, even considering it was a tire that was almost worn! They gave me all of my options and didn’t push any upsell items. “I absolutely love this place....I needed an tune up and oil change...because my car is a Suzuki Kasahi a lot of mechanic said it's a special edition so it will cost $200-$250...straight BS...but these wonderful people did it for under $100...I had also recently had my battery replaced which made my car shake...they reprogrammed it for me..so my car would stop shaking...I ply go to them from now on because they were polite and explained everything as they did it..THE PRICES ARE UNBEARABLE!!”
