“I was picking up a doordash order yesterday (5/15/24) and walked in and was informed the systems were down due to a power outage from the construction on the street. Perfectly fine nothing anyone could do. Went about my shopping got to the front counter and waited, chatted with the very nice and courteous workers when they informed me that the pharmacy system had come back up and they could check me out in the back. Awesome, cool. So I go back there and what I would assume is the lead pharmacist, he was wearing a white coat, after telling them why I'm back there proceeds to pick up the phone and call I would assume the front of the store and tell them "if you're going to send someone back here to check out send one of the front workers back because my assistants don't know how to use the system" which is entirely wrong as it is also part of their job, why else would the system let them cash anyone out that wasn't only buying meds. Just wanted to write this so he can get a reality check and just be a little more courteous to his fellow workers for something that is out of their control. Thanks”

“I can't recommend this pharmacy highly enough. The pharmacist is amazing - I wasn't able to make it until 10 minutes before closing, but called on the way to verify they had my prescription. I knew it was close to the end of the day, but I had another prescription there ready to be picked up anyway. So I get someone on the line, and she said yes we do have the medication (it had been on manufacturer backorder) but it's 10 minutes to close so you'll need to pick it up in the morning. I said sure, no problem, I will go ahead and pick up my other prescription today since I'm already in line at the drive thru.When I pulled up to the window maybe 5 minutes later, the pharmacist had also filled the other prescription that I was going to have to wait on. I didn't ask her to, and I wasn't the tiniest bit upset I would have to wait until the next day, but she filled it anyway and was just so kind when I pulled up to the window. Now that's great customer service!”

“I have recently returned to this pharmacy after changing due to Insurance. I want to thank everyone there....Soloman, Lori, Steven, Joanne and Lisa for helping make an easy transition back. From transferring my prescriptions to learning the app, which wasn't in use when I was here before. Lisa has been a huge help with the app and learning the system. The previous Pharmacy was frequently unable to get my medication. They have been able to get them, even the difficult ones. Thanks again to everyone!!!! It's good to be back!”
