“I was pleasantly surprised at Kroger today. Had to make a large a large run, both my Mother and I have not been able to shop for some time. After loading up I got into an open check out lane. I was so tired! I just got out of the hospital 2 weeks ago still week. A young man (Alexandra) jumped in and emptied my cart! I couldn't believe it! Between he and the cashier I was in/out with an order (over 200) in minutes ! What a treat! I could not have wished for better service at a time I really needed it. Both kids were sweet and friendly. Thank you!”

“Love Kroger! This company is always great and their produce is always fresh. In California we go to their sister company named Ralph's but here in Texas the building is much bigger. Loved how every area had some sort of station set up. Bakery, butcher, cheese, wine, sushi, deli, and pharmacy. Lots of space throughout all the aisles. Plenty of parking and a gas station with rewards to get a discount. Prices are fair and similar to those in California. Recommended for your grocery needs.”

“I am not sure why this pharmacy has a lower rating. I’ve picked up a few prescriptions for my family and although the wait time may vary at times, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences (phone calls, prescriptions etc). People need to understand these pharmacists aren’t magicians and work as fast as they can. There are always variables with delayed prescriptions, information etc. Have some mercy on these guys. Whoever has complaints should work behind the counter for a day. I bet their views would change quickly.”

“I usually order online and pick up my groceries from this location. I appreciate the variety of their items and most of the time, their in stock. I also appreciate the dates and times to pick up that are offered. If they are out of stock on a certain brand name, they will offer you a different one. For me, it's an up-grade. Normally, when I drive there for pick up, I only wait 3-5 minutes before the person is placing them in my car. The staff is pleasant also. The items are usually correct and fresh. For me, it's better than walking in the store and standing in line or scanning the items in self-checkout.”

“Today I went into the Ridge Road Pharmacy and they diligently worked together to get medication that was tied up by other pharmacies filing claims against it to receive payment and to prevent other pharmacies from being able to process while they do nothing with it in the name of a BACK ORDER. And in most cases your order is no longer considered when the medication is in stock when a claim beyond a week or two is on it.The Ridge Rd pharmacy showed me that they were concerned that it had been over a month with no medication and called my insurance company and gave me the numbers to the pharmacies that needed to reverse the claim they put against my prescription. Until finally I went home with medication in hand.I can’t thank the staff enough, Shonda and Crystal and others for going the extra mile.”

Prescription problems are the fault of doctor script errors/coding or insurance coverage/authorization. If you have prescription filling problems call your Insurance to ask why. Dont debate with the pharmacy staff. Pharmacy cameras record all customers. This our family's favorite store. Thank you.”
