“I see several mediocre reviews for this location. I’ve got to say my experience on 7-12-23 was stellar. When I arrived, the store was empty. No lines No waiting. Score! Then Russel looked at my phone and diagnosed the issue In about 6 minutes. The day prior, I’d spent a cumulative 4.5 hrs on the chat line and phone support. About 15 minutes later, I departed with a fully functional phone. So all in all, I left a very satisfied customer.”

“I already had an account with Metro for my wife's phone. I was trying to transfer my phone from Consumer Cellular. I went to the store in Rockwall. I was told that had never made this type of service change and I would have to call customer service. I called customer service. They were unable to get the information they needed to make the transfer, Was told to go to a store. I went to the Rowlett store and AZ took about 15 minutes, To make the transfer. He deserves a big pat on the back. He is obviously very competent and knowledgeable.”
