“Tonight the Rowlett Target restored how I’ve been feeling towards shopping there! Not 1 but 2 people that served me acted like they loved their job , and they made returning and shopping (spending extra) easy ! My 19 year old even commented on their customer service ! We did not have the same experience the night before at a different location ( after spending close to 300.00 ?) it was very disappointing! It is amazing what a smile and a friendly attitude can do for retail! I often feel like that is lost , unless I’m at Chick Fil A and they have it down ! “The store at Rowlett has excellent customer service. The one in Rockwall is horrible- they need to train the sales people and also need to show them how to get the treat customers. I live in Rockwall but will never use that store again.”
