“El Rio Grande is a Mexican/Latin grocery store. They have great fresh tortillas, and they are still warm when you take them out of the box. Excellent selection of meats. They have already marinated meats from chicken to rib meat and fajita meat. Some items can be a little pricey, but for the most part, they are on par with Walmart. They are definitely a lot cheaper than La Michocana.”

My 2007 Lexus needs to change the front struts, and also need to change all 6 spark plugs. They gave me very reasonable price, and told me details on which choice I can have.
It’s super fast and got my car fixed. The car drives better than before.
Their waiting area is clean and their services are great! Those people are professionals! Definite will come back.”

“Twice Enterprise Rockwall (I-30) location has exceeded my expectations. First I got a free and unexpected ride from the collision place to the rental location from one of the Enterprise reps, which saved me who knows how long waiting for hubby to give me a ride. Then ........ I ran out of gas yesterday - totally my fault - but right in front of their store and yes it was every bit of 100 degrees out. One of the store managers kindly drove to the gas station, bought gas and got me back on the road again, all with a big smile and great attitude! During what I'm sure is one of their busiest weeks. Thank you Enterprise Rockwall!”

“This was my first time ever renting a car, nevertheless, with Enterprise, and I was super satisfied! My dad and I walked in without an appointment, and we were greeted and treated so WELL. Orginally, we were going to get a car rental with Budget at Dallas Love Field and that service there was TRASH. So again, I am extremely happy with how our rental came and went. Shout out to Mr. Brandon Brazile for taking care of us and being so helpful. Would definitely return!”

“My experience was great. My family and I needed to travel to South Carolina. We were given discounts on add ons and everything. The owner and the reps are very nice from the first second I walked in. They didn’t have the Tahoe we reserved but gave us a bigger car, which worked out perfect because the other car would have been too small. And they didn’t charge us extra. They were a blessing. They have blessed us in other ways too, and are really for the customer.”
“I am so impressed by this location. Our insurance carrier had us use them for an accident, but we chose them when we needed a rental. The staff are friendly and professional. The office, like the vehicles, is clean and neat. I recommend them to anyone needing a rental! You won't be disappointed. Did I mention how easy the entire process was?”
“Always very professional. I have used Capps several times over many years. I have never had a problem with the vans i rented or the people. Occasionally, there has been an issue with van availability but I guess that's what you get when you run your business well. my latest rental was with 15 passenger Ford Transit vans. They drove really well and performed flawlessly. We got a little over 14 MPG. Not bad. We will use Capps again in the future.”

Usually you end up paying a premium for something worse than your own and generally just seem to be a money grubbing business.This store is different, Austin genuinely cares about the customers and seems to take an interest in each party. Should I ever need another rental, this Enterprise location is far ahead in service and professionalism.”

“Honestly, after reading the reviews I was skeptical about going to this location but I took my chances since there wasn’t any recent reviews. I had reservations at a different location, however, I needed a car sooner, so I called and found some available at this location. I didn’t get his name but the gentleman was very helpful, he was able to transfer my reservation to his location. I arrived and had zero issues, everyone was friendly and helpful. Specifically Sophie, she is the one that helped me through the process of renting and returning the vehicle. My experience here was nothing short of great!”
