Dr. Erin Meola was quick to diagnose and offer the proper care and made sure to follow up. They were so welcoming and helpful, I would highly recommend them for your neighborhood clinic!”

“I couldn’t be more grateful for Dogwood and everyone who worked there the morning of 9/26. My dog had a mass on her face that she cut open, I had called my primary vet multiple times at different locations and they sent me away or told me there was nothing they could do for me. They instructed me to wait until 1pm when urgent care opened (its was 8am) or until she stopped bleeding to bring her in but only with an appointment. I pleaded with them that my dog is bleeding in my car and I needed help, at least a to bandage the wound for now so she’s not bleeding everywhere but I received no help at all. Panicking I was driving all over Round Rock for someone to help me and I saw Dogwood and was instantly greeted by Sarah who was so sympathetic and understanding, she immediately started taking down info and let me know someone would be right with me. As I’m talking to the assistant about what’s going on my dog Zoe gave one good head shake and the mass went flying out. I was in full panic mode but the veterinarian came running in and was very reassuring that they would help us and for me not to worry they got this. Long story just a tad shorter, Zoe is doing amazing. I have since cancelled my memberships and any future appointments/surgeries with Thrive and Dogwood is now my primary vet clinic for both my dogs. Thank you so much for helping Zoe when everyone else was sending us away, everyone at Dogwood is extremely nice and professional. After telling my family our crazy morning they will also be going to Dogwood as well.”

“This is by far the best vet I’ve taken my cats to! You can tell that
Dr. Cassens diligently practices evidence based medicine and is up to date on research! She also gave great advice for introducing my new cat to my other cat and now they’re best friends! One of my cats needed some dental work done and their entire team did an excellent job at making sure she was taken care of and keeping me updated. They were also easy to contact with questions and quickly responded to concerns. Definitely recommend!”

“I visited Round Rock Animal Hospital yesterday for my dog's chronic coughing and current respiratory issues. Dr. McConkey was so kind and careful with my very anxious dog, and I really appreciated that he listened to my concerns and wasn't rushing me out, which happens so often at doctor offices these days. He gave me some options, and even checked on some specialist costs for me. I was also surprised at the cost of the entire visit--it was much less than I was expecting. I also love that RRAH is so close to my home. Highly recommended!”

The doctors and staff are polite, courteous and knowledgeable, and provided me with good info. (I Found an abandoned kitten, later on doctor's suggestions, I found the mom and returned the kitten to her. I had to do that 3 diff. times...they're all happy know).
We have been going to ACC for many (20+) years. It's a very nice place for all your pets needs/care.”

I accidentally found them after calling the Hutto animal clinic and having the RUDEST person on the phone, when I called here It was like angels answered my prayers and sent me here! “The staff is amazing and so friendly! From the front desk staff to the vets and vet techs! I’m always so stressed and nervous when I take my cats to the vet because they hate going but the vet and vet techs did an incredible job of making my babies feel safe and loved. Their bed side manner is on point!! You’d be surprised at how many vets don’t care about that and are strictly business. They provide treats for your fur baby and are sweet and gentle. They also accept care credit which makes payment so much easier. My cats were worn out this morning and let me sleep in for the first time in a while lol. I highly recommend!!! “Dr. Vasanjee, his team, and all the staff did great with my fur baby. She went in for a surgery that took over 3 hours for thyroid cancer, a lump in her lung, a cyst, and I was impressed and am forever grateful that my baby came out standing and everything was successful. I don’t know how surgeons do it but doctors like Dr. Vasanjee and his team deserve the world! The staff too at front and during discharge were extremely patient with us and showed us how to hold her when taking her out of the car. They’re all amazing!”

Staff takes time to explain to you about how to take car of your pet, the place is so much more organized and staff is highly professional. I had to do two ER and they made sure they could help. Always loved coming here and been to the banfield in dc and even this one is better! Rosie is taken care of for sure!”
