“We’ve been bringing our dogs here for 20 years. Dr Kim has been our vet for our beloved Lilo. A beautiful black lab. Before her, there was Maggie, a gorgeous yellow lab. All the staff have been helpful and caring. When Dr Kim was unavailable, we saw Dr Holloway, also wonderful. This is a great veterinary practice. They will take care of your pet and help you to keep your pet healthy. Thank you, Cypress Creek Pet Care. You are all in our hearts.”

“Hill Country is one of the most caring and knowledgeable veterinary clinics I've ever used. Dr. Erin makes sure the practice feels like family, and that shows in every interaction. They KNOW the pets and the parents and the trust is evident in both directions. They aren't the least expensive clinic around but the care for your babies is worth the price. From my limited knowledge of veterinary technology, they can do some advanced things in-clinic that other vets can't do and they're willing to help me save money when possible on vaccinations and medications, because they know I will do whatever is necessary in other areas to take care of my babies. My dogs don't fear going into the clinic, which says a lot! Thank you, Dr. Erin and Hill Country, for all you do for my pets.”

“I have been using this clinic since the 90's. They have done nothing but give quality care to all of the animals I have taken to them over the years. Dr. Thompson and Dr. Valle are exceptional vets. From my special needs cat Picasso to my blind dog Zena. So please take it from someone who uses them all of the time and not these one time visits who give them one star. Their staff hasn't been rude to me. Especially the ones who have been there a long time. They are all caring and helpful. Sometimes you get what you give too. I am never rude when trying to get help for my fur babies. Right now they are helping me with a tough allergy issue with my Zena. She is trying to eat her tail off. Remember animals can't talk so sometimes getting their conditions identified and possibly cured isn't an easy task. Sadly sometime they die. I have had that happen but I don't fault the vet. Animals are terrible patients. All you can hope for out of a vet is a caring attitude with a knowledgeable staff. That is this clinic.”

“I love Dr. Will and all the support staff at Parmer Lane Pet Hospital. My dog just turned one year old and we have been bringing him there since he was 8 weeks old. They've seen my dog sick multiple times and there is always a follow up phone call in which they ask the status of the dog, and ask you if you have questions or concerns. What I like most about this practice is they never rush you through an appt. They allow you ample time to voice concerns and ask questions. Dr. Will is particularly knowledgeable and is always genuinely happy to see our dog thriving.”

“Diana was amazing, as always! She went above and beyond to help me out. Every time I come in, I look forward to seeing her or Nick at the front desk. I have been coming to this location and only this location since 2006. I've seen a lot of people come and go and you can really tell the people who are just doing a job, versus the people who genuinely seem to care that they are dealing with people's family members and at times emotions can run very high. Diana is always cheerful and positive and smiles even if somebody was just rude to her unnecessarily. I see a lot of people taking out their dislike of Banfield policies on people like her who don't set the policies and can't change the policies and have nothing to do with those policies yet they get talked to horribly some times. I've never seen her or Nick ever treat anyone, even if that someone was being very rude, with anything less than respect and kindness. I highly recommend coming to this location if you take your pet to Banfield for care. They have the best doctors like Dr Goldberg and Dr C. I will not go to any other location because this one is so amazing. Thank you Diana for being the wind beneath My wings today. “My go to place to take my pets. The only gripe I have is my schedule doesn't allow me to drop my pets off in the morning and pick them up in the afternoons so I have to make arrangements. I wish I could schedule an appointment and bring them at that time. Other than that they are great!!”
