“I really used to hate coming to this location, a few years ago, the customer service was horrible! I stopped coming here because I moved further away and there’s a store closer to my home, but recently got a job in the round rock area and I ship a lot of packages so I now have to use the store on average 3 to 5 times per week… And I will say, they have done an amazing job staffing this place with quality employees! I know sometimes in the morning, it’s hard to put a smile on your face, especially when I walk in at 9 AM with a stack of packages lol but the employees working here are always quick to serve me! Keep up the good work!”

“I placed an order for a 3x5 Vynyl Banner for my Dad's Birthday for the next day. The original store delayed the order due to understandable reasons, however, when I called the store they were able to transfer the order to the second nearest store and have my order done on time. “Small place. Friendly. Helpful. The Ups store I first went to could not print my shipping label from my phone. Ups store printers not available to use from a customer's phone either. Thankfully the Postal Annex was there to help me print my label and mail my package. Very nice place.”

“I was hesitant to use their services because they are a newer company with little reviews, but after talking to the owner I felt very comfortable with using their services. Eric, the owner, was super helpful. He gave me a lot of pointers as well when asking for advice regarding getting my car transported and getting all the info I needed from the seller. He was very accommodating and had reasonable prices. I would use their services again in a heart beat. I know they are coming up with a new app system, which I'm sure will help with billing system.”
