“I worked here for a few years and I had a great time. I've worked at many print shops and this was the best one by far. If you've worked in a print shop before then you know it can be hit or miss. The environment was relaxed and the people all had a great sense of humor. It's a smaller shop but that's a good thing. You're not in a huge warhouse like some other shops where you grind away on one meaningless task for 8 hours. There's a variety of things you'll do and everyone helps each other out. They don't do any marketing so the customers who come in have all been doing business with them for a long time. You do get the stray bad customer but overall not bad. Oh and the owner buys food for everyone on Friday's so that's a nice bonus.”

Micheal helped me greatly in figuring out what I would have to do to get this thing back to the seller. I highly recommend these stores and this particular location for any of your printing or shipping needs. In the end it only cost me 3 dollars to get the issue resolved.”

“Excellent service in this shop by Edwin Pineda and Tabatha Chaney. An elderly gentleman who needed documents notarized for business in SC received excellent attention from these employees at this location, and was also aided by another regular customer of the shop. Not only was the gentleman able to get the task completed, but Mr. Pineda was also very thorough in making sure the client was fully aware of what he was signing. This was a huge step in completing a pending matter.”

“We have a mailbox at this UPS store. All the staff are amazing! Ralph, Chelsa, David, and Kristy are so friendly and efficient. The store is always clean, light, and bright, and well-stocked. They even have a self-service area for Amazon returns so you don’t have to wait in line. The mail service is great - they receive all our mail and packages. They also provide notary services. Highly recommend!”

“Sarah (and Rodolpho) were very helpful and patient! There was a line, but it is January 3rd. The customers in front of me were being rude and belligerent and I just did my best to not be confrontational. As Sarah helped me, I talked to her a little bit, and learned she works here and is also a part time waitress. These people don’t get paid or appreciated anywhere near enough! As someone who also works in customer service, I was very glad I got to help her by being kind and supportive! A smile and patient customer goes a LONG way!”
