Mike D. (Caucasian with a red beard), was very helpful when I came in tonight. He was having a conversation with a lady on a ladder and I interrupted for a moment just to find out which aisle a rack was on. He not only walked me to it, but was very pleasant asking me how mt day was. Once, we located it, he even offered to get me a cart to put it in. In was very happy with the whole experience.
The only thing In would change is, Lowes surveys can't be done for each receipt. Which is disappointing, people might not get recognized for their exceptional service because of this. This is why I'm doing a Google review, so Mike D. can get the recognition he deserves.

“This Lowe's is not close to my house but it's on the way to my girlfriend's house in Pfluger Rock. Very often that makes it more convenient for me.You can't expect as much service at these big box stores as you can at a plumbing or electrical specialty shop. I'm not sure it's where I'd shop for remodeling work either, simply because accountability is low. And honestly customer service since the pandemic is terrible everywhere.But for the I'm going to do it myself amateur, most of the time you just need parts to work with. Whether that's heat shrink tubing or a sprinkler head or a new fluorescent ballast, they've got that stuff. And they sell it from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 7 days a week. And they're almost never that busy so parking is a hassle or there are long lines to check out.If you came here to be treated like royalty you came to the wrong place. Period. Get over it. But if you came for something you need in a hurry to make something else work, you came to the right place.”

“Just wanna give a shout out to Robert the manager there he went out of his way to help me. I had ordered a blackstone off Amazon for my uncle there in Hutto and after a week they informed me that it was lost!!! I then called your store and asked Robert if he could help me and he went and looked and told me that he had 1 left. Long story short I gave him my card # and he told me he would have it to my uncle by Christmas. 45 min later my uncle called and said that it had been delivered. This kind of employee is the reason I choose Ace 1st on all the things I need. Thank you again Sir you made our day Gid bless. Bryan Willis”
