My initial work out routine is under steve, I recommend to anyone who is willing to get fit. He motivates you, pushes you hard. ( Worthy!!!, I gained 15 lbs :) )

Steven has had quite the challenge in working with me. We've had to work around back issues, foot pain, and an overloaded work schedule that limits my time at the gym. However, Steven has been able to design workouts that work with my unique situation. I'm growing stronger each week thanks to him.

I have been working out with Steven for about 2 years. I was very hesitant about getting into weight training as I'm over 50 and thought I'd get "big". Steven proved me wrong and I'm the most fit I've ever been. I look better now in my 50's than I did in my 30s. Steven will build a plan for you depending on your goal. He is a wealth of information both from training perspective and nutrition. I continue to work out with Steven as he is the push that I need to do more. If left to myself I'm not sure I'd be doing dead lifts etc. (nor did I ever think I'd try one of those). Best of all, he is real....we have many laughs and fun while working out.

I have used Steve for several years. training use to be a luxury for me, however as I age, it has become a necessity. My results with Steve have been significant. I have lost weight, my strength has improved and great for mind, body and soul.

Steven Farmer is the first personal trainer I ever worked with. I was so nervous being a 50 year old woman who has struggled with my weight my entire life. I was weak and so very out of shape. He was able to help me get stronger and feeling good. He pushed me past my comfort zone, but he was a gentleman and he never wanted me to push through pain. He was extremely careful of my knees and back both of which were in bad shape when I started. He's genius when it comes to proper form and by the end of the first few months, I had NO knee or back pain! I highly recommend Steven to anyone wanting to improve their health!

I trained under Steven Farmer and it really was a life changing experience. It was the first I've ever actually felt motivated to go to the gym and be proactive in making daily healthy choices. He pushes you and he's very frank and honest but there was never a moment where I felt embarrassed! He supports and motivates you 100% of the way and empowers you to strive to be the healthiest, best, and most productive version of yourself. I highly recommend him! Steven is a great trainer. He is very reliable, dedicated to his clients and gets results. He customizes workouts to his clients' needs and gets the best out of you without burning you out. I couldn't be happier with my sessions. He keeps it interesting, never the same workouts. Very honest and genuine. Keeps me laughing.

I trained with Steven for several months to improve my squat and let me tell you, Steve knows his stuff! He is super attentive to and aware of your form and makes sure you're getting the best and safest workout. He has a firm grasp on nutrition and how to pair the right foods with your workout intensity so you get the most from each session. He's also really fun to hang with in the session and has a fantastic sense of humor :) If you're looking to get lean, lose weight, feel awesome, and have fun doing it...sign up with Farmer Fitness! Steve is an excellent trainer that is sensible in his approach and philosophy to fitness. He trains regularly and eats a balanced diet himself, so he is very fit and healthy. He continously researches, learns and consults experts when necessary. His method is not cookie cutter, he customizes your program to fit your goals and limitations to ensure progress and avoid injuries. He has been training me for over 2 years and I have had remarkable and sustainable results. I have lost significant body fat, gained muscle and continue to have progressive results. I have also rehabbed old injuries as a result of working out with him. His program and my results have exceeded my expectations, I look forward to seeing where I am 6 months or a year from now. I highly recommend Steve if you are looking for a life change. I can't imagine a better trainer.
