Steven really knows how to get the most out of your workouts. He does a great job of educating you on why you're doing what you're doing, how to do it safely, and gives you the building blocks for success.

Steven showed me the proper technique for my exercises, how to maximize my time in the gym and how to avoid injuries. I feel like he's given me the tools to have much more productive workouts. Couldn't be happier with his services.

My initial work out routine is under steve, I recommend to anyone who is willing to get fit. He motivates you, pushes you hard. ( Worthy!!!, I gained 15 lbs :) )
