Nice store, but it took a long time to find and get assistance. But once I received it, it was good.

Joseph and Jerry did a really great job, assisting me with my drone purchase. Im glad that I was able to get a 5 stars customer service, really rare in 2024. Thank you guys

One of the smaller Best Buy stores, they did not have exactly what I wanted and was shown on their website to have, the friendly staff worked to find me something which would suffice. Still using it and it is actually better than what I was initially looking for!
