When we first visited the bank shortly after it opened, Diane greeted us and made it easy for us to open checking and lock box accounts. Any time that we visit the bank she remembered our names and is always willing to help if we have a question about our accounts or the bank's web site. We greatly value the skill and efficiency with which Diane addresses both simple and complex transactions such as a wire transfer.”

I started going by the bank more frequently and really enjoyed the staff and noticed that they always remembered my name when I'd stop by. “The University branch in Round Rock was self service so I did just fine just fine. I am very disappointed that the new location in Georgetown has been in excess of 1 year coming. That lets me know that Administration doesn't really doesn't care about Georgetown Texas....I am seriously considering finding a new Credit Union here, and probably do just that.”

I had a bad experience with banking at the Killeen and Harker Heights location and with her professionalism and knowledge she FIXED my banking needs to pay a bill in an hour. She listened to me, had empathy, resourceful, and offered solutions. They even stayed past closing time to fixed my issue. She tried so many .different things. When she couldn't figure it out, she went to her manager. He came out, listened and confirmed it was a scenario that their positions can't do. We then went to his office. Veronica didn't give up. Her customer service was incredible.”
