Ford in general has excessive service delays. 4 days seems a long time to be without my vehicle for a simple warranty issue. Think it is a Ford issue rather a dealership issue based on number of recalls. Dealership is doing the best they can.

The ONLY reason that i gave this Ford place 4 stars is because they tried thier best to up-sale me into a oil change package that i didnt want. However, the people that work there are super nice & Texas Friendly! And I will be coming back.
