“I got into a wreck and the tow truck driver towed my car here. I was unfamiliar with this place but from the day when my car entered the lot till the day I picked it up, Moy's always answered his phone and updated me on the progress of my car. I never visited the site before picking up my car either. He followed the instructions from my adjuster and took time to explain each process and made sure my car was returned to me clean and in great condition, like new. He ordered the parts per my insurance. Repairs and paint job were complete within 3 weeks. The repairs are under warranty as long as the car was under my ownership. I had absolutely no issues with this place.”

“I usually buy most of my car and truck parts here, I was working on my daughter 4 runner, the belt broke on her engine and went into the front main seal and eat it up so I replaced the belt and seal so I went to O'Reilly and for the belt and they had to order the seal so in 3 hours they had my seal and a seal kit, I purchased both the seal and the seal kit because I hadn't started working on the engine yet but it was leaking out a lot of oil and want to make sure I had the right parts, it was only 16 dollars and some change for both parts, O'Reilly has good prices and parts and most of the guys who work there are knowledgeable about parts and tools you need to get the job done.”

“What an experience. To be honest, I've never felt so "clean" leaving a dealership; one can get used to the pleasures of shopping without going to war for hours to drive the price down. The beautiful thing is with Fort Bend KIA (FBK) is that there are no gimmicks, and for that, it's an easy 5-stars for me. FBK sells at MSRP--yes, you read that right. There is no sellers upcharge. Packages for maintenence and service are offered but NOT REQUIRED for purchase. Everyone who has shopped for a car knows you usually will usually leave the dealership paying 5 or 6k USD than the price tag you were shown on ads for God knows what. Again, FBK is not the norm.The place is small, but well maintained. Complimentary coffee (with optional dehydrated "milk" for a latte) is provided. For those who get hungry while playing the waiting game, there are a couple vending machines in the back. The showroom holds about 4 vehicles comfortably. Tables for their sales team sit on the outside edge of the showroom. If you're planning to shop weekends, an appointment may be necessary as these tables are not going to be empty (and for good reason). Seriously, FBK should be on your list to visit if you're shopping.Cheers.”
