    I've bought multiple vehicles from here so I just take them here for convenience. Absolutely horrible customer service. Took over a year for a fender & another part. Recently got into a wreck & its been over 3 months without getting my truck back. They will not return my calls.i will do business somewhere else from now... read full comment

    Took our truck in for an estimate. Was SHOCKED by how low it was. Got a second estimate (required for insurance) and FINALLY UNDERSTOOD why Finnegan was so low - they'd MISSED approximately 1/2 of what needed repaired!!! The staff was very nice, but boy would I have been hot to learn of this failure AFTER having the repair... read full comment

    EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Carlos made the whole process easy and he really cared about me as a customer. They handled everything with the insurance and the repair was amazing. My F-150 looks brand new! I would give 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend Finnegan Collision center.
