“I was referred to Guy by my neighbor who's been in this neighborhood for years and had nothing but great experiences the couple of times that I have brought my car by now. Does it sometimes take a second because they're very busy? Yes. But I know it by now so I stay on top of it on the phone if I need my car, or wait patiently if I don't. Overall, they're very honest (One time, Guy offered not to charge me for the replacement labor if I brought in my own battery, which he did) and I trust that they know what they're doing. I have been to other mechanics that did not give me the same peace of mind and this is not a good feeling when driving your car on Houston highways.”

“I've had alot of trouble trusting mechanics before. So I decided to come here since it's been in town forever. The front desk manager Edward was very helpful and knowledgeable. He suggested different methods to go about fixing things and gave great insight on future issues my 2012 honda might have. And he was able to get everything done in a timely manner. The gentleman named Elias was also very helpful. I would highly recommend!”

Once, they almost missed something until I pointed it out, but to be fair, they were very busy at the time.
Aside from that, they've been fantastic. They’ve saved me hundreds of dollars by being honest about what my car actually needs and doesn’t need, and when.
Their oil changes are quick and efficient, and the service is reliable. For a Jiffy Lube, this is a great spot!”

And was able to find and fix the issue and get my Jeep to pass inspection! Highly recommend.
