“My mom and I were out driving when we heard a noise like something dragging on the ground. It was a plastic casing. I figured a little duct tape and we'd be back on our way home and we could fix it later. No duct tape but Mike Tate's was right by us. We dropped in and told them the situation. They took a look, removed a stick that had somehow popped up and got stuck in the casing and zip tied it in place! They were awesome. Did it for free and in about 15 minutes!
